What you will do
- Own the Outbound Engine: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through a high-volume mix of cold calling, personalized emailing, and strategic social selling.
- Master the Boolanga Value Prop: Articulate our core mission and technical advantages to diverse personas, tailoring your message to solve specific prospect pain points.
- Strategic Prospecting: Research target accounts and key stakeholders to build a robust, high-quality pipeline that aligns with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Fuel the Sales Funnel: Schedule discovery calls and initial demos for Account Executives, ensuring a seamless transition and a high "show rate" for all qualified leads.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, lead statuses, and data points within our CRM to ensure team-wide visibility and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate on Campaigns: Partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging and execute targeted "surround sound" outreach campaigns.
- Nurture Long-Term Interest: Manage a follow-up cadence for prospects who aren't ready to buy today, ensuring Boolanga remains top-of-mind when their needs evolve.
- Continuous Iteration: Analyze your own outreach metrics to identify what’s working, then pivot and polish your scripts and sequences to maximize conversion rates.

Skills & Requirements
- Business-level English: You are comfortable conducting deep-dive discovery calls and writing persuasive outreach for a global audience.
- Proven work experience: Min 1 year in high-growth sales environments, specifically in lead generation or outbound prospecting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools like Salesloft, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills: You can distill complex ideas into simple value propositions and know when to stop talking and start listening.
- Fluency in an additional European language (FR or GER): You will be a key player in navigating these specific markets, requiring native or near-native command of both languages.
