Right now we are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our expanding team.
What you will do
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and accurate way, via email or support platform within the expected SLA.
- Contact our clients, 3PL, and payment providers in order to handle and address customer service issues.
- Analyze customer support data, and create and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Cross-functional cooperation with other areas of the organization, to increase customer satisfaction.
- Support CS initiatives related to technology implementations and increase customer feedback rating.

Skills & Requirements
- Business level in English.
- Proven work experience in Customer Support.
- Excellent communication skills and customer centric approach
- Hands-on experience with the ticketing system (Zoho, Zendesk).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Other languages are an advantage
