Right now, we’re looking for an E-Commerce Logistics Senior Specialist to join our Logistics & Operations team.
In this role, you’ll manage fulfillment costs and daily performance across a multi-partner (3PL) network. You’ll work closely with external partners to ensure accurate, on-time delivery, reliable inventory, and SLA compliance, while monitoring and optimizing fulfillment costs.
The role combines cost control, vendor management, and operational performance, and is suited to someone focused on efficiency, accountability, and financial impact - not just execution.

What You’ll Do
- Own daily order flow between OMS / e-shop and fulfillment partners, ensuring accurate data transfer and adherence to pick, pack, and dispatch SLAs.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for external fulfillment partners / 3PLs, managing day-to-day coordination and accountability.
- Track delivery and dispatch performance (SLAs, KRIs), investigate exceptions, and drive timely resolution of fulfillment issues.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and discrepancies at fulfillment partners, supporting reconciliation and traceability.
- Collect, analyze, and report fulfillment partner performance data, contributing to scorecards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and control fulfillment and logistics costs, identifying cost drivers, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Validate and reconcile fulfillment partner invoices against volumes, orders, and rate cards, resolving discrepancies with Finance.
- Analyze operational efficiency and unit-level costs (e.g. cost per order, cost per shipment) and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Investigate fulfillment-related customer issues (WISMO, lost parcels, returns, reshipments), focusing on root cause, partner performance, and cost impact.
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in fulfillment / last mile delivery.
- Hands-on experience working with external fulfillment partners.
- Proven exposure to cost control, invoice reconciliation, or logistics billing.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link operational issues to financial impact.
- Comfort working with OMS/WMS, spreadsheets, and operational reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive issues to resolution.
- Business-level English.
