Right now we are looking for a Global Logistics Manager to join our expanding team in Barcelona.
This role is the driving force behind our global supply chain operations. You’ll oversee seamless day-to-day logistics, refine processes for efficiency, and enhance global transportation strategies. With a 50/50 balance of operations and strategy, this position is vital to Boolanga’s mission, empowering food delivery businesses worldwide. 🌍
What You Will Do
- End-to-End Global Logistics: Manage and optimize international transportation to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in global product distribution.
- International Freight & Transportation Strategy: Develop and execute global transportation strategies, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-efficient delivery across sea, road and air.
- E-Commerce Fulfillment & Distribution: Oversee order processing, dispatch, and service-level adherence to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- 3PL Partnership Management: Strengthen collaborations with third-party logistics providers to enhance performance and optimize delivery standards.
- Demand & Supply Synchronization: Work closely with the Demand Planner to align logistics operations with market demand and business objectives.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Analyze transportation workflows, track logistics KPIs, collaborate with IT on automation, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Cost Optimization & Sustainability: Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and eco-friendly logistics practices.
- Strategic Initiatives: Support company-wide projects such as client tenders and regional growth plans.
- Lead & Develop Your Team: Manage and mentor a team of two logistics specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Skills & Requirements
- Location: Being based in Barcelona, Spain.
- Language: Fluent English proficiency.
- Experience: 3+ years in global logistics or supply chain management, with expertise in global transportation and a strong focus on sea freight.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset for cost optimization and process efficiency. Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
