Right now we are looking for a Global Logistics Specialist to join our expanding team.

What You’ll Do
Logistics Execution & Monitoring
- Stock Movements: Coordinate bookings, carrier tracking, and transport documentation; proactively flag inventory risks.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor all lanes to resolve transit delays, shortages, and documentation deviations.
- Carrier Management: Manage daily relationships with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure service reliability.
Cost Control & Optimization
- Financial Oversight: Support RFQs, maintain rate cards, and validate invoices against agreed terms.
- Unit Economics: Calculate landed costs (freight, duties, taxes) to provide unit-level visibility for profitability decisions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze operational data to simplify workflows and optimize warehouse and transport processes.
Logistics Data Ownership & ERP Transition
- Data Accuracy: Own the accuracy of all logistics data (shipments, ETAs, costs) across spreadsheets and systems.
- SCM Transition: Support ERP adoption by cleansing historical data and aligning current workflows with future system logic.
- Standards: Ensure consistent naming conventions and traceability across all logistics trackers.

Skills & Requirements
- Business level in English.
- 2+ years in global logistics.
