Our mission is to empower delivery riders in fulfilling good moments. Right now we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our expanding team.
What you will do
● Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with key POCs of Boolanga’s most important client, representing the company through regular online interactions.
● Strategic Project Ownership: Lead and coordinate account management projects, ensuring successful execution of projects within 14 markets across EMEA.
● Upselling and Profitability: Drive upselling of our products and services, ensuring operations' profitability.
● Overseeing Operations: Overseeing product development, production and logistics processes of delivery gear products (food delivery bags, delivery garments, accessories).
● Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent service delivery - keeping others informed and accountable.
● Industry Insight and Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of products, solutions, and industry trends.
● Active LinkedIn Presence: Building a solid professional network via LinkedIn.
● Sales Target Achievement: Understand sales priorities, allocate resources effectively, and meet sales targets.

Skills & Requirements
● Business level in English
● Minimum of 3 years in Account Management within an international environment
● Being comfortable with autonomy
● Advanced communication, project management and problem solving skills
● Result-driven, proactive, and positive personality
● Familiarity with G Suite or Microsoft Office software
● Experience gained in relevant industry is a strong advantage
