The Mission (What Impact You’ll Make)
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving success? In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner for our global clients, managing accounts end-to-end to ensure they get maximum value from our solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, identify growth opportunities, and help our partners thrive in the fast-paced world of food delivery.
Main responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Manage the relationship and act as the primary operational point of contact for our clients
- Qualify, track, and structure partner requests
- Resolve operational issues autonomously
- Consolidate and report recurring partner feedback and account needs
- Assist with Sales material and decks creation
- Upselling and Profitability: Identify upselling opportunities of Boolanga services, ensuring operations' profitability.
- Project Management: Efficiently manage projects within client relationships, aligning with company goals. Maintain clear status visibility on all active requests and initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent service delivery - keep others informed and accountable.
- Industry Insight and Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of products, solutions, and industry trends.
You are a Great Fit if...
- You are an Experienced Professional: You have at least 2 years of proven experience in Account Management or Sales (this is a must).
- You Know the Industry: Experience in food delivery or logistics is a massive plus and will help you hit the ground running.
- You are a Problem Solver: You don’t wait for instructions; you identify bottlenecks and use your problem-solving skills to build bridges.
- You Crave Ownership: You thrive when given the autonomy to lead an account and are comfortable working independently.
- You Communicate with Clarity: You have advanced communication skills (Business English) and can explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Your Toolkit Includes: Proficiency in G Suite or Microsoft Office software.
