What You Will Do
B2B Client Relationship Management
- Target potential markets with tailored pitches and cultivate relationships with C-level decision-makers at international food delivery companies, such as Uber Eats, Bolt Food and Talabat.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key business accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
Strategic Sales Focus
- Identify high-value client opportunities and build long-term partnerships in the delivery and logistics industry.
- Drive sales-focused account management strategy to grow revenue and market share.
- Execute sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Revenue Growth and Profitability
- Lead upselling initiatives to enhance client value and profitability.
- Negotiate contracts that align client needs with Boolanga’s goals.
- Monitor financial performance to ensure revenue growth and target achievement
Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with client demands and sales strategies.
- Manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely, efficient delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
Industry Expertise and Competitive Positioning
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors, adapting sales strategies to market needs.
Professional Networking and Brand Building
- Expand Boolanga’s professional network and brand presence on platforms like LinkedIn and at industry events.
Strengthening High-Performance Culture
- Thrive in a results-driven environment and mentor less senior sales staff to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

‍Skills & Requirements
- Business level in English
- 3+ years in Complex Sales or Key Account Management within an international business environment
- Being comfortable with autonomy
- Advanced communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Result-driven, proactive, and positive personality
- Experience gained in relevant industry is a strong advantage
